Attain by Aetna
Attain by Aetna is an app developed to help encourage healthy behaviors that promote wellness among all users. Available to Aetna health insurance members, it allows for personalized goals and tracking of daily activity levels via an Apple Watch.
In collaboration with Jackrabbit and the Aetna team, I designed and illustrated characters and graphics to support various screens within the app. Characters were designed to be diverse and inclusive, representing a variety of potential users and scenarios.
App screens featured activity challenges or goals to promote healthy behaviors. I designed a library of illustrations for their team to use, all based around key health actions depicting physical activity, mindfulness, nutrition, sleep, and medical appointments.
I designed full scenes of characters and objects to give the Aetna team as much flexibility as possible. The images could be cropped in as needed for use in the app or in marketing.
